SirenBells' Temple - Testing Area

Whiskey froze as she heard something farther down the hall. She knew it. It had been going too well and now something was coming to eat her. She thought about turning back, but she remembered the fire room and knew it was useless. She had to face whatever came next. Standing her ground, Whiskey lifted her head high and prepared to fight for her life. Soon mist came swirling towards her and formed into the shape of a wolf with intense blue eyes. The misty wolf spoke to her and asked her a question. Who killed Dmitry? Whiskey barely knew who Dmitry was! She faintly remembered the king, Ajax, mentioning him but she had been rather preoccupied with Damocles and she hadn't been paying attention. "Uhh, Ajax?" she asked, taking a wild guess.

Well, at least she answered correctly. What would have happened if she had been wrong? She didn't really care to think about it. And what did he mean she'd find someone familiar? She wasn't the only one here? Ocean had been with her before, but Whiskey thought she had gotten out ages ago. Well, only way to find out was to keep moving forward!

Safe again. How long til she hit another trap or ghost thing? She'd been doing far too well so far, hitting about even with traps and clear/friendly things. She just knew something really terrible had to be on the horizon. Who knew what was down here? Dragons? Hydra? Perhaps a Cerberus! They were all things that could eat you and Whiskey had a bad feeling something was coming, she just didn't know when.

Great, another rolling boulder corridor trap. The same trap that broke her leg. But how would she get out of the way? There were no niches in the wall, just a big dip... Maybe if the boulder were going at high enough speed, it would just glide over her? She decided to take her chances and lunged herself as fast as she could to the dip and prayed that she wouldn't die today.

Uh-oh.

The moment Whiskey stepped into the new room the doorway sealed shut behind her. Spinning around, she nearly slipped on the wet floor. Looking down she wondered why there was water on the floor ... And what was that rushing sound? It took a moment for her to realize it was water from ... somewhere and just when she did, water began rushing into the room from vents near the ceiling. She yelped as a spout of water landed right on her back. How was she supposed to get out of here?? Then she spotted it, a hole in the ceiling on the other side of the room. Now the question was could she reach it before the room was completely filled?

She did it! She made it just as the water hit the ceiling and managed to scramble through the hole into the room above. Standing up and panting she shook out her fur, sending water spraying all around herself. She trotted on, wondering what trap she'd hit next.

Time seemed to slow down as the gigantic boulder passed over the she-wolf that was still holding her breath. Her eyes were squinted shut for a good while before she finally opened one eyelid. Sighing in relief, she got up and continued on, still limping on three legs.

Ocean started screaming all of a sudden as she fell through a fat hole in the ground. The hissing of snakes filled her ears as she landed in a flat pile of dirt. An island surrounded by snakes. 'Great!' She thought as she scanned the chamber for a way out. Her eyes landed on a door, a locked door at that. How was she going to get out of here?! She searched the room with her eyes for the key, and soon spotted something glistening in a pile of brightly coloured snakes. Fantastic. She tiptoes her way across the pit until she reached the pile, and put her paw into them, trying to pull the key out of there. She seriously hoped not to get bitten.
